The Redirect of the Form Widget Does Not Work

If the redirect of the form widget does not take the users of your website to your thank-you page, that means that you have probably added some space within the URL or that the URL is incomplete, is not an absolute URL (does not contain the http:// or https:// portion of the URL), or it is simply entered incorrectly.

To fix this, make sure that you copy and paste the URL properly.
