Elementor Web Creators 2021 “Become an icon” - Terms & Conditions

Elementor invites all the Web Creators to choose from our list of four icons that represent you the most (the “Participant“). Your choice may appear on Elementor’s big Web Creators page and any other Elementor’s social media channels.

The Participants are subject to the following terms and conditions:   

–    The Participants agree to provide their personal details for the purpose of “Becoming an icon” for the Web Creators page.

– By participating in the Web Creators “Become an icon”, the Participants recognize that Elementor may store his or her full name, country residence and chosen skills for internal statistics and publish the details in Elementor’s social media.

–    The Web Creators “Become an icon” is subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice, either in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course if it is caused by technical error.

–    The Participants shall indemnify Elementor in case of any third-party claims of any kind whatsoever resulting from any unlawful actions that the Participants has made.

–  By participating in the Web Creators Become an icon”, the Participants releases Elementor from any liability.
